Library To Host Trivia Night During Live! At the Library in November

View a Special Collections Display With Library Curators

Visitors are invited for a night of trivia during Live! At the Library on Nov. 7. Teams of up to five people will test their knowledge on an array of collection items that have been preserved by the world’s largest library.

Trivia participants will be invited to view a display of collection items from across the Library’s various divisions with curators. The display will provide clues towards the trivia questions that will be asked throughout the evening. Topics will range from women’s history, sports, literature and more. The winner of the competition will be announced at the conclusion of the evening.

During Live! At the Library on Thursday evenings, the Library’s Thomas Jefferson Building and all exhibitions are open for extended hours from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitors are invited to visit the Library’s exhibitions and programs and to enjoy happy hour drinks and snacks available for purchase in the beautiful Great Hall overlooking the Capitol.

Visitors are also invited to Experience the Main Reading Room during Live! at the Library. Usually reserved for researchers, visitors can now walk inside and see one of Washington’s most beautiful spaces.
